Hypnotherapy is a group of powerful techniques that can heal and transform. The Hypnotherapist is the guide and facilitator, you do the work. To make this work as effective as possible there are some important points and rules to bear in mind.
If you are having an online / virtual session you will need a computer (Desktop, Laptop, etc.) with webcam. Also, you will need headphones. Please check they are working before the session. Please make sure there are no distractions in the room such as children or pets.
I have prepared a guided meditation which is available on my You Tube channel, or by clicking here, to help you get ready for the session. It allows you to get used to my voice and prepare for being hypnotised.

Have an open mind
You may not know much about hypnotherapy but it is a useful set of tools and techniques to help with all sorts of conditions. I will help you understand what we can do and how it will be done. All I ask is that you have an open mind and let your curiosity guide you.
Relax, be calm and meditate
It’s useful if you do your best to be relaxed and calm before your session. Meditating or doing something that helps you relax such as walking in nature is highly recommended.
No alcohol, drugs or caffeine
It is best to not drink any alcohol or take recreational drugs the night before or the day of your session in order to keep your mind is clear and relaxed. Also, try to drink as little caffeine as possible on the day of the session. The clearer your mind, the better your session will be.
Eat prior to your session
Sessions can last several hours. So please eat a light meal before the session to avoid hunger.
You may want to dress casually in something that is comfortable.
Your session is private and confidential
The session is safe space where you can relax and be yourself. All sessions are private and confidentiality is important. So, all sessions will be me and you, no one else.
